Ronen grosz

Ronen Grosz is a professional water polo athlete with over 15 years of international experience and a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology. He has proudly represented two national teams and competed across five continents, playing with and against some of the world’s best, including Olympic and World Champions. Along the way, Ronen has made it his mission to study not just how elite athletes perform, but how they think, prepare, and lead.

As the founder of Sail to Shore, he brings this rare blend of practical insight and academic expertise to help athletes build the mental strength, confidence, and clarity they need to thrive in sport and beyond. Having coached thousands of athletes across the globe, Ronen is deeply passionate about unlocking human potential and guiding the next generation to discover their “why,” sharpen their mindset, and reach toward something greater.
